Your daily responsibilities will include: Handling inbound phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently Assisting customers with product-related questions and technical issues Processing payments, orders, and returns Providing accurate information and excellent customer service Maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude during customer interactions Collaborating with team members to ensure the best customer experience You will always have access to the necessary tools, training, and support from the team, and we rely on your professionalism, communication skills, and dependability.
