Tazetec is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Junior Finance Specialist .
Your profile:
Relevant working experience in finance or accounting – no less than 1 year;
Confident knowledge of accounting and Financial Reporting;
Advanced Excel user;
English – upper intermediate and higher;
Ability to learn quickly and to work within deadlines in a challenging environment;
Strong communication skills;
Strong analytical skills.
Your day-to-day contribution:
Overseeing daily accounting functions, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions;
Participating in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements;
Overseeing cash management activities, including monitoring cash balances and payment schedules, and processing payments;
Working on PL of separate projects;
Analysing and optimising company costs;
Preparation of workings for posting accounting entries;
Management of payment system providers in terms of day-to-day reconciliations, cash management and communication;
Checking and accepting cost invoices for current operations;
Taking care of the day-to-day accounting duties and providing assistance to the Finance Manager;
Improving and automating internal accounting processes;
Producing Ad Hoc reports when necessary;
Taking care of payment requests of other departments.
